    Oh that’s a beautiful photograph. Makes my mouth water so I think I’ll zoom over and grab the recipe.

    Thanks, Terry. We didn’t have any Herbs de Provence on hand, so used orange pepper instead. We loved the bright citrus note with the golden beets!
