The plain dumpling dough rolled out.
Make sure you don’t use too much filling.
Fold in half.
Pinch and fold one end of the half moon shape in toward the dumpling.
Continue twisting and folding, overlapping the previous fold a bit.
Continue in this manner all the way around the edge.
Set the finished dumpling aside until you have enough to fill your frying pan.
Fry until golden brown.
